Lincoln Veloso has programs within its works to provide education, opportunity and citizenship to all its employees.

• GRSI Program - Industry Risk Management - promoted by SESI, aims to trace the profile of employees with regard to health, diet and specific education for future work.
• Internal Lectures - DSS - Weekly Security Dialogue - held with all employees to work, where information is transmitted from general safety at work to financial planning.
• CIPA - lectures by CIPA's own group that has as its main theme "Occupational Health of Construction". For the meetings are also invited outside speakers such as doctors, engineers, and others.
• Ecoliteracy Project - a program that aims to create opportunities through adult literacy employees. Classrooms are mounted inside the building site with specialist teachers and certificate of completion.

Social responsibility is maintained when it comes to the environment:

• Support for projects to recycle material with selective collection points in all his works.
• Guideline for workers to waste reduction and waste disposal.
• Use of recyclable materials such as sheets of plywood made from recycled material and others.
